Presentations results
Again thanks for the presentations. There were many good things presented at the presentation.
There were 4 judges at the presentation, and the results for the winner and the runner up were unanimous. I appreciate everyone's spending your precious time. What decides a good presentation is the preparation. I think it is 20% skills and 80% preparation.
The winning teams obviously spent more time for preparation and a lot of combined thinking was put into the themes. It is always good for a team to think about a theme than only think about it individually. For somethings, individual thinking is enough, but for things that requires a lot of thinking power, team thinking far exceeds individual thinking.
So, the runner up of the intangible presentation was:
Database, presented by Satoshi and Mark
And the winner is:
Service improvement, presented by Satoshi, Take and Taka.
Conguratulations!!
Well the improvement process has just begun. Let's make it happen!

We did it!
We did it! I want to say "Thank you." to Taka and Take because they drummed up opinion about the Customer Satisfaction Management objectively. And then, Database team is too. Thank you for positive suggestion, Mark! Let's discuss both CS and DB at an early date.
