Build up the team or numbers

Now is a good timing to get new clients. Which should we focus more on? Growing sales or building up internal strengths?

I think internal strengths is much needed currently. There are many areas such as work process, knowledge, service standard to name a few, that needs to be strongly implemented.

Of course we will try hard to market ourselves and obtain new clients. Also, we will seek for new alliances. But I believe we are in a critical stage that will define our future, and what will define our future is not current sales but the team itself.

The focus in this summer season is to grow staff who are relatively new to our team. In many cases it is faster to do the job ourselves. But in order for our team to grow, we need to delegate as much as possible. Even if we sacrifice some billing now, we should have the team members grow.

The growth of team members and implementation of intangibles, I believe will enable us to reap the profit relatively soon.
