Japanese or speciality market
How would we like to be known 15 years from now?
Largest accounting firm serving the Japanese market? Or a professional firm with unique skills in many different fields?
I believe the Japanese market is too small for us. Yes, we need to concentrate on what we do best and be the best in the market, but it is too small a goal. I would like to extend into other Asian markets and also the main market.
As long as we nurture the culture of challenge, anything is possible.

I agree with Isogawa-san prefer specialty market to Japanese market. As CPA is recognized as professional, I hope Two Miles to be "The accounting firm" rather than "one of the largest Japanese accounting firm". We can be "the one"!
