As Teppei has mentioned in his comment, one of the biggest asset our team has is every one's commitment to growth. Growing in knowledge, growing in skills, and growing in character. We need to treasure this. This is so special. My job is to nurture this culture by motivating every one and leading the way.

I love and enjoy being in this team of people not only because of this commitment to growth, but because of mutual trust I feel. Every one's focus seems to be on growth and contribution rather than money. This is not something that every company has. This is not what every leader can experience. It is a pleasure for me being a leader in such company. All we need to do is to do the right thing right. I am confident that money will follow.

I had to write this as I look back to all the blessings I received during the year. And being a part of this team is definitely one of the biggest blessings for me personally in 2008.
