Progress
We are making progress. Progress comes in small steps. Let me introduce the some of the progress I see happening.
Go Green
Kimutake and the crew is doing a good job researching software, creating flow charts, etc. We are having a better understanding of what can be done, what are the hurdles etc. The application of what we learned from this project has a lot of potential.
Outsourcing
Hazuki's client wants to outsource the accounting function to us. It shows that the client trust us enough to ask about outsourcing. Also, this client will be the first client to apply in a large scale what we have learned from the Go Green project.
Download
Tomoko has started to use the download for her bookkeeping clients. Two Miles itself has changed the software to QB to experiment and learn about this function in details.
Web
Masa has been working on the web contents. Satoshi's contribution has been really big for the web and internet based marketing.
Marketing
We are still working on Japan client marketing, but as we interact with more companies, we are getting a better idea of what to do. Also, we are getting a lot of referrals which I love because the central theme of our marketing plan is to create "raving fans." I truly feel we are making progress in this area also.
Two Miles Experience
The meeting room presentation (thanks Teppei!), the reception procedure is being upgraded. I am enjoying this process.
