Busy season
It seems like the busy season has approached us and we have gone past the entrance and now are in the thick of it.
I would like to share several changes I personally feel about this season;
1. 2nd year busy season team members are stepping up and being proactive
I really feel that team members have grown quite a bit from last year. Taka is doing a better job with client contact and info gathering. Kimutake is doing a great job and taking care of difficult returns by himself. Hazuki is doing a lot of work and leading the junior staffs well.
2. 1st year team members are learning quickly
Mark is making great progress. Junior staffs are doing a great job in tax preparation. They are actually working like regular staff members and preparing returns mostly by themselves. They are also being proactive in pointing out missing information etc. I feel so thankful for the work they are doing.
3. Innovation is happening
Satoshi is a great addition and is leading the innovation. I am thrilled to see what he is doing. He is doing a great job in proactively doing what we were not able to do and to really utilize technology.
I really feel that the level of our team has gone up a level or two since last year. The variety and great mix of our team members cannot be found anywhere else. Let's keep on working proactively, have fun, and importantly, keep on communicating well. A good team can do great things.
