This weekend I was thinking about what a team should be and the elements of a good team.

I picked the following elements;

Purpose. variety, chemistry, Ownership, Trust, Inspiration, sharing

As I have talked at the kickoff meeting, teamwork is very very important. Our purpose of being a sample company is 50% reached if we have a good team. I am not an expert in this area, but the more I think, and the more I look at other business, I believe that teamwork is the key to success.

It was pretty evident at World Baseball classic also. Gathering superstars will not itself make a good and effective team.

If we can create a team that everyone can truly feel they belong to, can build on, and can believe in, that should make not only the team but the each team members happy. In order to achieve this, we need to exchange ideas and work on being a good team.

I believe everyone can shine if they work in a team that will utilize their strengths and that will continually help them grow. (By the way, this is also part of our mission statement.)

Again, a good team is stronger than gathering of superstars. i would like to write about my ideas, so let's think about becoming an even better team this year.
