Small steps

I like to think about small steps. One small step at a time.

Small steps are a sure way to lead us to success. Small, but yet systematic steps to our vision is the key. Big jumps sometimes is good, but usually will end in crash. Long term thinking and taking action in small steps is a sure way to success.

Small steps are also important in preventing mistakes. When you make a mistake, think of what small step you can implement. In a job process, the mistake comes when we ignore a single small step and take a jump. When we crash, it takes 10 times the effort to come back.

The small steps are called systematic progress. In work, in life, we need to take a systematic approach. It may not be the only way, but a sure way to success.
