Busy season
Individual tax returns concentrate before April 15th. Together with the increase of December year end companies, especially the flow through entities such as S corps and LLCs makes this season very busy.
Although we will all be busy, I want to encourage everybody to do their best to produce high quality returns in every level. This year's preparers will be reviewers next year. Reviewers will be asked to broaden their horizon and be even more responsible the next year. The only way to be ready for going up to the next level the following year is to do your best and pursue excellence.
I feel very confident with the team members we have this year. Everybody has enough potential and ability to go up to the next level. By persuing excellence, we can make sure each one of us will hop to the next level and at the same time the company will grow.
We are counting on the growth of each team members. Let's have fun and encourage each other through out this season.
