Short cuts

There is no short cut to growth. In order to grow, we need to go through a lot of experience and learn from those experiences.

In order to build up experiences, we need to work a lot. The more work we do, the more experience we will be able to build up. The more experience we put under our belt, the more we grow as a professional. There is no short cut.

Also important is the quality of the experience we put under our belts. The more we learn from the experiences, the faster we grow. In other words, the depth of the experience matters as much as the amount of experiences. We need to make the best of each experience by going deep and evaluating each experience so that we can mazimize the learning opportunity from each experience.

Both the quality and quantity of experience matters. We need to work hard and at the same time persue excellence. Growth does not come automatically. It depends on each one of us.
