Sync knowledge with work

The best way to make your knowledge, "real knowledge" is to use it in a real case. There are 10 times more to think about in a real situation compared to a book study. You will need to study deeper and understand the application. You will feel confident when you are able to understanding the meaning and application by a true life situation.

Also the key to real knowledge is repetition. Some things are done repetitively through work, but not everything is repeated at work. For things you only come across rarely, you may need to review the knowledge periodically till you have truly grasped it. Tax and accounting knowledge needs to be studied systematically in order to make it real knowledge.
