Business or Busyness
I like to keep myself busy. I feel uncomfortable when I am not busy. I feel a certain rush of adrenaline when I am very busy. I feel productive and feel at ease when I have a lot of things to do.
However, I am coming to realize that what I accomplish when I am not that busy is as important as how much I accomplish when I am not busy. The following are what I think.
1. Doing a lot of work will help you grow. but evaluated experience will make you grow faster.
2. Busyness will make the firm grow, however without thinking and evaluation, the growth will be limited to numbers.

Difference will be apparent in the next busy season.
