Work on Service improvement or work on accumulating knowledge

This contrast is a little similar to "Heart or skill." Both are necessary. it is actually not a contrast, but service is the objective and knowledge is means to achieve it.

I believe we are know for fast service and response. This is an extremely important part of who we are. Fast service is part of the Two Miles experience. However, even if you want to provide fast service, if you don't have enough knowledge, it is impossible to provide fast service.

The number of our staff has grown, but few are at the level where each one has enough knowledge to provide fast service. We need to provide opportunities for our team members to grow in knowledge.

So, what is the purpose of gaining knowledge? It is to provide better service to our clients. Better service is in large part providing fast service. We need to be practical when we study. Our goals for gaining knowledge needs to be focused on providing better service.

Please focus your gaining knowledge for the purpose of providing better service. Measure your knowledge level by how efficiently you can provide service to our clients. Knowledge that will not make yourself efficient is useless.
