Crazy ideas
I am thinking about how we can stand above the crowd. I wrote that to stand above the crowd, first thing we need to do is for each individual to utilize their strengths. That is why I asked you to think about the 3 things, 1) what do you enjoy doing? 2) what is your strengths? and 3) how can you utilize it in Two Miles.
We also need to seek the identity of Two Miles from a client perspective. What is the image when they think about us? For example, Ritz Carlton will have a certain image, Apple will have a certain image. What image will the market have about Two Miles?
I am still thinking about this, but there is one thing that we need to pursue for sure. That is quality of service. Innovative, quality of products, friendliness, etc can be one of the image that we would like to pursue, but I believe we can never lack "quality service" from the images we convey to the market if we are to be successful.
We are trying hard to provide good service to our clients. I think that we should be confident that our service is of good quality. However, I would like to have many ideas in this area that will enhance the image of "quality service" to our clients and to the marketplace. Whatever clients we go after, this is essential. From office design to email to reception service etc, please present an idea whenever something pops up in your mind. It may be a great one!
Personally, I love to give good service. It is fun to impress our clients. I am looking forward to doing something that will be surprising to the clients and will convey the image of "quality service." Some ideas may be;
Serving wine to our clients
Offering free management consulting service to a lottery winner
Massage chair at the reception lounge
One day individual tax return service
Weekly free seminars
