Uniqueness or intelligence

How do we want ourselves to be known for? Good Service provider or intelligence? Technical prowess or conservative firm? Team atmosphere or individual professionals? Creativity or traditional? Cool culture or Japanese culture?

Is our image color a warm pastel color? Or sharp vivid color?

I think we all have some kind of image which we want to be looked as. I think it is not the same with every one. I know I don't want our image to be a gray or brown color. Accounting firm's image is usually a little dull. I want to get rid of it.

What kind of a team do you want to be a part of? I think obtaining a consensus of what we would like to be like in the future will help us to work together.
