These are what I think are my strengths and favorite things;

My strengths
To simplify things and to find a efficient way to achieve the goal.

Favorite things to do;
I like to exchange ideas, set a goal, and to measure my progress. I like to challenge.

How I can use it at Two Miles
I would like to get the organization constantly moving to set high goals and thriving to achieve the goals we set.

Have you ever heard of a "80/20 rule?" We have a book in our office. It is saying that 80% of your achievement comes from 20% of your effort, which is made within your strengths.
