Communication

A good communication skill is very important both inside and outside of the organization. It is important when communicating with each member of the team and when we communicate with our clients.

Communication is meant to be two ways. If it is one way, it is called announcement.

Most of our outgoing communication request either a response or some kind of action for the recipient of the communication. Accordingly, if the communication is worthless unless the recipient takes some action.

From this standpoint, I don't think we are doing a great job in our communication. There are so many incidents that the client complains, but our response is "We sent an email about this."

Communication is a representation of the level of service we provide. We need to further improve our communication skills. Also, making sure that the monkey is on their shoulder will make our job easier.
