Working hard
September 15th may be the busiest time of the year. I appreciate everyone for working hard.
I like working hard. It's not that I like to stay late, but there is a certain amount of adrenaline flow and feeling of comradery that I enjoy.
It's not good to stay late all the time. But if we can keep the same kind of feeling of comradery 365 days of the year, I think our work will be much more enjoyable and we should get a lot done.
As I have mentioned in this year's kick off meeting, teamwork is vital to the success as a team and as individuals. Individual billing should be a motivation factor and a measuring stick for individual growth, but never should replace teamwork.
There are 5 more days till the 15th. Let's get it done, and enjoy the process as much as we can.
