To go forward and get close to the vision, we need a good plan. Plan to achieve the vision we have set.

Vision should be something that will not change. But plans to move us toward the vision will change. Especially in this fast changing world, change of plans are inevitable.

To make an appropriate plan, we will need to be flexible, alert, committed to the vision, and bring together ideas. All these things cannot be done as an individual, but as a team.
