I believe we have a very good potential to be the stars of the industry, and it starts from the way we think.
We are not suffering from this economy. We are multi-fauceted and have a lot of resources we can rely on. The market down turn probably will work to our great benefit if we aggressively and wisely approach the market. We are blessed with all the reasons to think positively. Not many businesses are blessed as such.
Also how we work now will make a big difference. Many accountants are busy to finish their job. We are busy with thinking and creating new work. Many accountants are good at doing the same thing. We are always looking for new ways. Many accountants are focused on individual productivity. We are more focused on group productivity.
Although we may not be making a lot of money now, who do you think has the potential to be stars 5 years from now? Let's be confident and use time wisely.
