Focus

Good thing about focus is we can minimize the risk. By everyone cooperating and pitching in opinions, and making action, we should be able to know the pros and cons of what we are trying to do quicker than doing a lot of things at once. By knowing the pros and cons in the early stage, we will be able to decide how further we should proceed with the action and how much we want to spend on it.

Many companies are inflexible. They do a lot of planning, decide on what to do, and keep on doing the same thing without consideration to change of circumstances. We are small. We are able to, and should make quick actions.

Prioritizing and fast judgment is very important. If we can prioritize, focus, cooperate, stay flexible, act, and make fast and appropriate judgments, we should do very well, much better than others.
