Follow up
Most people like to discuss about dreams, present an idea. But few people follow up completely. I believe that is one of the factors that separates a great business person to a normal person.
We all do not like to follow up. It is hard to motivate an make people take action. It is our tendency to sit back and do the things we like to do. Making people move is usually not what people are good to do or like to do.
Zig Ziglar says, 'When you do the things you have to do when you have to do them, there will come a day when you can do things you want to do, when you want to do them.'
William James has said, "Everybody should do at least two things each day that he hates to do, just for practice. "
Nike announces, "Just do it."
It is the things which we need to force ourselves to do, that will make us grow. Let's be a team of accomplishers and not dreamers.
