Encourage leaders

Another factor about following through with the introduction of a new process is the attitude of each team member. It is 100 times easier for a leader of certain area of improvement to implement and follow up on the progress when team members are willing to cooperate. Organizations become stale when members are not willing to cooperate. We do not want to be such organization. We are still too small for that, and do not want to be such even when we become large.

Also, cooperation will grow leaders. We need leaders. Leaders that can lead team members and clients. Leading is not easy especially when people will not listen. We as team would like to encourage potential leaders to grow.

Being a sample company is to be innovative and to obtain results. For that, we need leaders. I think being an organization that encourages leading is the first step to the process of being a sample company.
