Lunch meeting

I would like to summarize the lunch meeting as follows;

Action items
1. Every one to come up with at least one business card titles.
2. Elena to be in charge of new business cards.
3. Start to create flow charts for presentation purposes.
4. Masa will prepare a sample client letter to send to potential clients.
5. Contact the clients frequently to remind we are here.
6. Use every opportunity to talk about our service
7. Discuss proposal to several clients

To further think about;
1. Potential alliance partners and how to approach them
2. New advertisement media which will compensate our marketing approach
3. How we can get our clients to not only like us but to be excited.
