Leaders wanted
Yesterday, we obtained a new corporate client. He came to us because he was not satisfied with the former CPA firm.
His dissatisfaction was caused by receivng no advice from the CPA firm. The CPA firm was just keeping books and processing payroll. They were doing their job, but client wanted more. The CPA firm was merely processing information as a follower of the client.
By the way, yesterday, Taka sent a schedule for individual tax return training schedule. Hiroshi took the initiative to lead the financial analysis project. Masa is working on promoting the blog. It is so nice to see each of Two Miles staff leading voluntarily in different areas. We are not a company with a few leaders and a lot of followers. We are a company made of leaders. Leaders will not only lead the company but lead the clients. The businesses out there are looking for leaders and partners who they can rely on.
Why are we growing? It is not because we are doing a good job marketing, or doing sales. It is not only because our price is reasonable. We are growing because we are leading the clients in many ways.
We still have to grow as leaders, but I am confident that we will keep on growing in this economic situation if each of us would keep on growing as leaders. In fact, I believe this economy is a big chance for us becuase businesses out there are looking for leaders desperately.
