Growing

The most important ingredient for growth is doing our best. We always need to do our best everyday in order to grow. People who put a lot in will get a lot out. Who sows will reap. This is a universal law.

But I believe we need to be proactively managing our growth ourselves. Just working hard is not really enough. We need to be able to monitor, measure and make adjustment to our growth. The best athletes are those who can control themselves, create goals and find study the best way to achieve those goals. In order to monitor and measure our growth, first thing we need to do is to set goals.

Goals are something that motivates us. It may motivate some of us more than others, but in order to achieve something in life, I believe goal setting is very important.

One of our target as a team is for everyone to have a clear goal that is measurable. Then we help each other so that the person can achieve that goal. Goal has to be something that you set, commit to by letting others know also.

According to the strength finder test, I am an achiever. I love goal setting and working towards that goal. I would like to help others achieve goals. What is your 90 day goal?
